In a momentous step forward, the 111th Communications Flight has been officially redesignated as the 111th Communications Squadron, signifying its critical role in supporting the mission of the 111th Attack Wing. This transition reflects the unit's' expanding responsibilities and unwavering
15 Airmen from the 111th CSS and 111th FSS rotated through various mailroom jobs, gaining hands-on experience.
Master Sgt. Earl Scott, affectionately known as “Big E”, the 111th Force Support Squadron chaplain assistant, retired after more than 37 years of exceptional military service during a ceremony here on Aug. 3, 2024.

The office is here to assist military retirees, their spouses, military veterans, Guard and reserve personnel from all U.S. military services. Operation of Unmanned Aircraft Policy The Department of Defense is committed to the safety and security of our personnel installation and the equipment as well as communities near our DOD installations. we support civilian law enforcement investigations and the prosecution of unauthorized UAS operations over military installations.
Operating unmanned vehicles over certain designated areas on DoD installations or property is prohibited. This is in addition to flight restrictions established by the FAA. Additionally, efforts will continue to be made to warn violators prior to taking any action against unmanned aircraft operation. The DoD has a responsibility to protect critical assets from current unmanned aircraft threats.
