HORSHAM AIR GUARD STATION, Pa. --  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Base Realignment and Closure Office (NAVFAC BRAC PMO) and the Air National Guard (ANG), announce a scheduled meeting of the Willow Grove Air Station Restoration Advisory Board (RAB).
