The Honorable Michael Nutter, mayor of Philadelphia, is presented a letter of appreciation from the Catto Society of Philadelphia on Feb. 23 during the 18th annual O.V. Catto Memorial Ceremony held at the Star Gardens Recreation Center at 6th and Lombard streets in Philadelphia. Mayor Nutter is the first mayor to have attended the ceremony.
