WILLOW GROVE AIR RESERVE STATION, Pa. -- Several members of the 111th Communications Flight, Pa. Air National Guard, trained on a Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) equipment package with the 175th Communications Sq., Md. Air National Guard in Baltimore Apr. 17-19. Guardsmen set-up and operated the communications equipment in preparation for Red Rose III, an emergency response exercise to be held at the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center in Manheim, Pa. May 5-10.
