Pennsylvania National Guard members honored with Octavius V. Catto Medal citation

Deputy Adjutant General-Air of the Pennsylvania National Guard, Brig. Gen. Tony Carrelli, Joint Force Headquarters at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania, congratulates Maj. Francisco S. Junkin, 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team operations officer, Reading, Pennsylvania, while Brig. Gen.
