Col. Howard Eissler, base commander of the Horsham AGS, welcomes Army Maj. Gen. James Joseph, Pennsylvania’s adjutant general, here, Sep. 24, 2015. Joseph arrived and received a windshield tour of the base before heading to the Pa. Army National Guard’s 56th Stryker Brigade Headquarters here.
