Horsham humanitarian spends lifetime in selfless service

Retired Chief Petty Officer Norman Weiss embraces one if his 10 adopted children in a picture, date and place of photo unknown. Weiss financially adopted 10 orphaned children from around the world and, during his 30-year career in the Navy, spent a large portion of his salary in efforts to improve the lives of those living in South Korean orphanages.
