Pa. Air National Guard Commander Col. Mike Regan receives his one-star rank pinned on by his daughter, Emily, and wife, Lisa, during his promotion to brigadier general during a ceremony held at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa., Jan 7, 2017. Enlisting in the Air Force in 1981, Regan joined the former 111th Fighter Wing, now the 111th Attack Wing, at Horsham Air Guard Station, Pa. before commissioning in 1994.
