Stand-up interview with Army Capt. Samuel Turner, the commander of the 468th Engineer Detachment from Danvers, Massachusetts. He discusses his team of 43 Army firefighters that have deployed to Miami, Fla. to train alongside the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Department, Jan 9.

the 468th is participating in the 3rd in a series of joint training exercises between Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve Army units and local municipalities across the United States. This JTE is focused on building response capabilities and a seamless transition between the local first responders and the follow-on support provided by the national guard and active duty military.
